Fix the loot drops or have a dismantler NPC.

Why do lvl 60 green items drop in epic dungeons? Its not like we can still use them at lvl 60.
DD event ran 5 times on T2 dungeons and all i got was crappy t1s or sucky belt.
Did Mad Dragon on DD event, solo healed even and to my disappointment all i got from the DD chest was a blue ring that didnt even matter at all.
If Cryptic will not fix the loot drops in epic dungeons, perhaps you can put a DISMANTLER npc in game where in we can put our useless junk and get some crafting ingredients or even enchantments.

Excellent as it would provide a use for useless greens/blues.
Bad as the materials that came from an item that would generate gold will now be able to generate AD which can be traded for zen...a farmers paradise.
