I have a foundry quest, Fall of the House of Blackember, which has several Easter Egg drops spread throughout the map. These are supposed to drop when you inspect and interact with an item. Three of the items are not showing up in players inventories. Two of the three are not part of the quest/storyline tab, but are meant to open up certain questions/branches on NPC dialogue trees. One of the three drops at the very end of the game, as part of the quest/storyline - and is meant to allow you to go back and question an NPC in the next room to get more information.
I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong - or is there a limit to how many quest item/drops you can have per Foundry (including the 3 discussed above I have 5 total. 2 are working fine)?
Thanks in advance for the help!

I've played your quest; the thing is, the items you have us inspecting (the journal, the crown) aren't Interactables. They're Contacts. You can't actually Interact with them, so they can't drop items. What you can do instead is make them disappear after reaching the final dialogue prompt, indicate that you want the player to pick up an item, and then spawn an Interactable copy.
Thanks Orodalf - your comments were so helpful and I'm in the process of making the changes. Here's my question - both the map on the floor and the fountain drop items without a problem. Why can't the bench and the body? I'm checking off all the same boxes and filling them in exactly the same.

The map on the floor and fountain have dialogue from "Story," and in the "Story" tab, you can make Contacts drop items. However, the wooden sofa and the Prince's skeleton aren't actually Story Contact objectives, so they can't drop items from dialogue. Only Interactables and Story Contacts can drop items, and the sofa/skeleton's non-Story Contact status overrides their Interactable status.
