A skill " power " reset do you start with 0 ?

Hello guys,

My question:
When i use a skill/power reset, do i get back all my skillspoints? Or will Reaping strike and surge strike be back at level 1. Or will they be 0. Since they automatically leveled during tutorial, i wonder.

And is there a site somewhere with an overview about the GWF skills explained in detail?
A guide more or less.

    0 but you pretty much have to put a point in almost all of them anyways since your limited to rank 2 till you spend 30 points still

    Alright, thanks for the headsup.

    Is there a website that goes more into detail about every skill, besides the wiki.
    Like what Weapon strike does etc.
