I haven't seen any mention of these two in any discussions or the patch notes.
Are devs aware of the issue with the Miracle Healer set? If anyone doesn't know, it only heals yourself 99% of the time when you cast, rather than the "allies" that is implied in the tooltip. It is still by far the best and most useful item set right now; Beacon of Faith and Grand Templar durations last way too short to be of any use. Seriously? 800ish crit/power/recovery for 3-4 seconds every 45/60 seconds? That's good for maybe a couple hits, assuming your teammates even notice the buff to make use of it.
I'm just thinking that if Miracle Healer is fixed, then maybe, JUST maybe, it will be possible to keep people alive if the current patch goes live.
Unless devs just fix the tooltip instead of the set, which is probably the most likely outcome, given how badly they've shafted clerics so far.
The issue with plaguefire enchants is the same as the High Prophet set: your heals will trigger the dot and debuff on allies. High Prophet is fixed (hopefully) but no mention of plaguefire.

it heals the closest target with missing health afaik.
I think they're aware of the high prophet set putting the debuff on allies. It happens with sacred flame as well.
