He's obviously just being a jerk IMO. At first he rated Regular Quest two stars with the review "You get an extra star for having Warforged..." then later on changed his rating to one star and his review to "I decided to take back the extra star after I noticed your Warforged don't look Warforged-ish enough..." I encourage everyone to go ahead and one star him, or just ignore his quests. He's obviously the type of Foundry author who can only promote himself by slandering others on here and down-voting any competition. I've one-starred him back for now since the best he can offer us is Kobolds in a sewer..
We really need to stop with the author vs author hate.
I understand that getting less-than-desirable reviews from other authors is a kick to the nads but calling for everyone to 1 star-bomb someone else is just counter productive to what we are trying to do (and that's help each other out).
It hard enough for some quests to get plays and for people to notice the great work out there without turning the foundry forum into the same vitriol that is plaguing the general discussion.
So lets stop doing that. Please.
There is a rumor floating around that I am working on a new foundry quest. It was started by me.
For the record, the quest you made deserves about one star. The review I left was a joke, but if you want the real review, here you go.
The design of the quest is tedious. The first room (you know, pretty much the only room) makes zero sense. You have a table with dinner set for 6, chairs that no one would physically be able to get to, a crystal ball sitting on top of the food, no doors, nothing. It's literally filled with stuff just to fill it with stuff. This is lazy.
Mordenkainen is personified as a boastful, mocking jerk. This is hardly the case. Mordenkainen is one of the most powerful wizards of all time, rivaling Elminster from FR. Now, I don't take any stars away because of this, I just don't like the way you have used him. However, I did like that you included Bigby, as Bigby was his apprentice at one time.
Once in the actual "quest" part, I am told to choose two sides. I, again, went Warforged. I chose goblins as my enemies. I then go into the blandest room I've ever seen (hey look, blood, and fountains of blood, this is GREAT quest design!!!) where my "army" is lined up against the other army. Then the epic showdown begins!
You know....the one where my army just stands there and doesn't attack. Seriously, just stands there. They follow me over there, they just don't do anything once there. I am assuming you used the easiest guards and had them fight to submission? As that would mean one hit and they just stand there. So, this was pointless to even include.
The battle itself was boring and very one dimensional. I ran around, killed everything, then I won.
Plus side, the loot was totally awesome and for my class. Downside, the quest took me FOUR minutes to finish....but I am admittedly a terrible player.
That being said, your quest got one star because it DESERVED one star. There was no thought put into this. It was literally made as a way to try and troll the people who gave you HONEST feedback on your first quest, to which you responded with insults and how we make "15-minute hack and slash only quests".
Grow up dude. Be glad I played it twice.
My quest was deleted in July of 2013. There were no issues, it had not violated any rules. Was deemed a bug. That quest is still missing.

Just noticed he also said I can only promote myself. I guess he missed the threads I made giving shout outs to multiple authors, or my review thread were only one quest had gotten a bad review...or my posts in other threads mentioning other great quests....
