Tiefling Racial still broken?

Anyone tested wether the Tiefling racial (bloodhunt: 5% increased damaged to foes below half health) still doesnt stack with the Tempest magic skill (when target is below 30% you deal 2/4/6/8/10% more damage)

It has been listed in the known CW bugs for as long as I remember and not alot of folks are talking about it

I'll be honest - it's the only reason I rolled this race because aesthetically it's not the greatest :)(

    Nope. I guess they forgot to fix it along with all other powers/feats that aren't working as intended while they were busy making up all those awesome nerfs. But hey, maybe they will change the tooltip!

    that's a shame, it's clearly not game breaking or anything but something that really should have been working from the get-go kinda makes me wonder what else isn't working that should :P

    I think it's an intentional exclusion, or else you'd be doing 15% more damage to those targets and they don't want you doing 15% more damage when there isn't another race/class combo that gets anything remotely similar. Think about a Tiefling CW stacking Greater Tenes doing 15% MORE damage. Nope.
    How Cryptic trolls the entire NWO playerbase: 9200 GS listed for CN, implying anyone who needs more has no skill.

    That total bs. If they didnt want the abilities to work together it should say so in the tooltip (something like "doesnt stack with similar affects").
    I still see tons of tiefling cws. So i assume most players dont realize this bug even exists.

    When checking out feats and such for my cw i thought tiefling seemed the best purely b/c it didnt say their racial would not work with that feat.

    Devs could at least not have the weaker racial negate the more powerful feat.

    Just happy i researched some more and deleted my cw before it got too high of a lvl. Now i have, yet another, human toon.

    Could a PW/Neverwinter staff please respond on this, we would appreciate it, thanks. I, too, just rolled a Tiefling CW and did not know about the bug until now. And as one of the other posters mentioned, there are A LOT of us Tiefling CWs.

    Is the tempest magic still broken?
    Just wanted to respec and I am Tiefling.
