After an enourmous number of errors since i play the game, i got 24 h silenced for nothing. So !! ticket isn't answering, nothing is happening, no explanation.

If you were silenced in-game, then 20+ people chose to /ignore you.
If that happens you get an autoban for 24 hours.
It will take far longer than that for any ticket to be answered.

Right now there is a bad system in place, a draconian system in the hands of the people least capable of wielding it to its designed goal of fending off gold seller and scammers.
But there is hope. Even the devs have come to understand that tossing the raw meat of a player run chat ban system in the middle of this anonymous dog pile is a terrible idea and they have asked for other thoughts on the matter. They are looking into altering the system, with an eye toward maintaining their security of course.
So take heart. Some day in the future perhaps the school yard bully system will be a different system entirely, more focused on letting you play the game rather that getting you to obey the cool kids.
I would lend you lunch money but…you know… I wanna chat too.
Not really true, you can be silenced without having to use the chat.
True, but that requires 20 people putting you on ignore without your ever having spoken (which is rather unlikely since you need to do something to get their attention to begin with).
As for the ban, just stay out of zone chat and you will probably never be banned again.

This is the most stupid reply I have ever read... People should be allowed to talk to each other without getting banned (assuming the chat is ofcourse decent).
Just recently I got silenced as well, when I only replied to a question in zone chat.
I sincerely hope these draconian measures will be looked at thoroughly...
Trolls don't need you to do anything.
Hence , some of the people who have been chat banned while NOT playing and I don't mean AFK. As in hadn't been on for a week and came back to being 4 hours into a chat ban.
For having items, for not having items, for duelling, for not duelling, for selling something, for not selling soemthing, etc.
Welcome to Cryptic's chat ban system, where someone thought it was a good idea to connect report spam and Ignore person

I have chat silence, and have had it well over 24 hours now. 2 weeks and counting. No explanations on why this happened and why does it cover my entire Cryptic account?

If you've been muted for longer than 24 hours please contact support and they will address your issue accordingly. Since these issues can't be resolved on the forums we ask that you do not discuss your specific account issue on the forums but rather focus on the feedback to improve the experience.
Changes to the system are being looked into by the developers though, so, wrongful mutes should be less common.

Doesn't have to be anyone you know. Just 20 people.
And unfortunately there are some people that abuse this feature. They're currently looking into changing how it works...
