This issue was thought to have been fixed with the Fury of the Feywild patch, so any info on what was happening when it occurred would be very appreciated.
If it's still an issue would very much like to get it resolved for both classes as losing access to a core power is very frustrating.
Every time it has bugged out for me (both in PvE and PvP) is when i was stunned whilst it was starting to cast, now i understand the cast isnt long (like 0.5 - 1 second long) but every time its happend is either when a mob is knocking me about and i hit it (unstoppable) to counter or when i'm getting stunlocked in pvp. So my best guess is when that there is some confusion with the interruption of the cast as it stays "interrupted" and cant be cast again till you either die enough or relog to un-bug it.

I have not done PvP yet but I started having the Stealth button suddenly stops working on my TR as I got into the higher levels. Reading this thread and thinking about it made me realize it always seemed to be after I was stunned but not every time I get stunned or tried to use Stealth while stunned. Only logging out or exiting the current zone will clear it for me, death does nothing (warping within the current map does not help the issue either). Happened both in the communal zones and private instances.

In gnarlroot during the boss of the mini dungeon. I was stunned to prone by the root ability while i was charging up unstoppable and then was unable to use it until i relogged.
Are there stuns in particular that this seems to occur with?
(Likely easier to recall for PvE, as it would be what sort of monsters you were fighting)
They get bugged when we get lots of CC from players in PvP. Like wise for stealth, if you get stunned stealthed, it gets bugged and you cant activate stealth anymore.
For PvE , it happens when i fight Trolls and GiantSouls.
Both unstoppable and stealth gets bugged when they are facing that kind of CC, but determination and stealth regenerates just fine you just can't activate them.

I am also still getting the stealth bug post feywild. I'm not sure what causes it, but I usually get it in dungeons. People were mentioning stuns, and I do use smoke bomb a lot. Last time I remember getting it I was soloing Idris at 60. I was running with smoke bomb, bait and switch, shadow strike, bloodbath, whirlwind of blades, sly flourish, and cloud of steel. The bug does not correct itself until you zone, do even dying didn't help I'm this dungeon. When I exited the dungeon, my stealth meter returned to normal.
It is happening to me very frequently when soloing swarms of midsummer trolls and it is really hard to shake since Steadfast Determination keeps my bar slightly regenerating unless I flee the field enough to disengage fully. My best guess is that one of the powers they are throwing out is interrupting some process. In case it is relevant I have the unstoppable trigger key set as ~ rather then the normal.

For PvE the times i recall it happening frequently is in the gnarlroot solo instance,malabogs castle, and less frequently in all three new daily quest zones. The mobs that are present when it occurs are Giant souls,Thorns and fell trolls with 2-5 of the a fore mentioned mobs present, that is not to say these are the only mobs that cause it, but in my experience they are the serial offenders. I hope this helps narrow it down enough to replicate it and solve the problem once and for all.

I don't know if I should look for another thread for the rogue stealth issue or not, but since it was mentioned here and seems to be related, I'll keep posting about it. It happened to me twice tonight, and once I got a real good picture of exactly what happened. I was fighting Magra in the solo dungeon in the second feywild area. At one point I went to use my stealth, and at the same moment she hit me with a big attack and knocked me prone, my bar then turned grey and would not allow me to stealth any more. It didn't put me into stealth at all. It's like I got interrupted in the middle of trying to stealth and then the attack actually interrupted the whole stealth building process as well. I hope that helps some.
