All buttons locked down for 1 minute?

Hi all,

This was in PvP. All my buttons went on a 1 minute timer, even pots and my horse. is there an ability you can get that does this to people?

    It's a bug. Happened to me but the timer was 2 minutes.
    M6 almost drains your soul given how boring it is. (c) joocycuzzzzzz

    Yeah it might have been around two minutes, I think by the time I noticed it was at 96 seconds.
