Where do i get the rewards? (Starter kit)

I got a starter kit for myself and i have checked the mail box and my bags and i can't find any of the rewards it brings :P

I've already redeemed the key and it appears as successful.

Probably i'm missing something but.. where is it?

    They should be available in your email after you finish the quest where you get the peasant garb fashion gear. Around lvl 5

    This is where you can get all the once per account items, which includes the stuff from the Starter Kit. Be sure to check all the categories.

    Once per character stuff will either be mailed to each character (Guardian and HotN packages, New character intro pack), be available in the Zen store (Zen mounts) or be available from the above mentioned founder's merchant (the beta event fashion Pirate Hat, certain special promo mounts, and the Guardian/HotN packs).
