Stand your ground dwarf racial does it work?

i don't seem to resist any knocks or repels as a dwarf. does the racial actually stop a hit or is it just get up quicker, like the GF feat increasing down time on knockbacks. feels like a really useless racial at the moment.

    It works, being one of those Half-Orc Max Strength, knockback spamming Guardians, I can tell you: I hate dwarves in general. I have noticed for whatever reason that knockdown seems to be more effective on Dwarven Clerics and GF's when you hit them from behind. I have no idea if i'm imagining things or if it's intentional. It's working though, In fact it's the only racial trait I really despise in PVP. (Or even notice)
