CAPTCHA for joining PVP

Not the first to think of this, I'd bet!
I found people crafting scripts to join PVP over at reddit using Auto HotKey and other programs. My question thus is, can Neverwinter get a CAPTCHA system for joining pvp?
And due to limited knowledge in this area, I also ask, do CAPTCHA tests keep computers and humans apart successfully against the effort of talented script writers?

    Its never really a good idea to inconvenience your honest customers to stop a minority of dishonest ones when it comes to the gaming industry. Besides, there are much easier ways to combat afk pvp and what not than something like that. Most MMO's with match based pvp have afk detection mechanics. There's several ways they could easily combat it with a simple fix.

    A better question is why they didn't anticipate the problem in the first place given that it occurs in practically every match based pvp in every MMO if there are no safeguards.

    Most of the Captchas I see on web sites are harder for humans than for bots!

    Pesky things, those.
