Hello im really displeased becouse i get already few 24 hours bans for chat. First time when i post into chat during Dungeon Delves sensense that im looking for group. Thats ok someone can take that like a spam. But today i leave Dungeon Group in Spider dungeon becouse all of them wanna eploit that dungeon hard by jumping out of map into textures. So i leave them and the ylal report me for spam so i get banned. Im paying customer in this game...better tell i was. I will not gonna play game where exploiters prevail and can ban normal players. You got two choices. Frist is you delete my chat ban and second you lose a customer. Make your choice. Thanks Pavel Fousek.

If you happen to have written down they're names I would report them for exploiting and harassment.

It probably would have taken between 12 and 600 days for pwe to react.

You're assuming the OP has given the full story. That usually turns out not to be the case in these sorts of issues. I mean, he comes to the forums and starts spouting demands at people instead of opening support tickets; that's a danger flag.

The 4 other players in the dungeon group you left would not be even close to enough people needed to chat ban you. Sorry.

They're swamped right now going through all the massive flood of extraneous tickets. It takes 5 times as long as it should because some people open 5 tickets for the same issue instead of one.

The people who can help you don't read this forum. At all.

You can't find out their names, and whilst it is right that you can't find them (the system was originally designed to prevent gold sellers after all) it is also one of the things that allows the system to be abused the most.

    Power+Anonymity=Abuse after all.

Were they all members of the same guild? If so, then they might have colluded with their guild to get enough reports to have you silenced. Yes, it's wrong, but it happens. The silencing system does help when people are abusing chat though, and I think it's worth it overall. If those players weren't in the same guild, then I'd suspect you already have quite a tally of prior reports/ignores, and one or two from that team at that point put you over for the 24-hour chat ban.

Perhaps, if there's a next time for you, just go along so you could get a screenshot of where they're jumping the textures, and send that privately to the community reps here so they can get the texture bugs fixed.

All one has to do is tell every guildy in their vent to /ignore_spam name@handle and after the 21st person does so, shazaaam, 24 hour chat ban. You dont even need to say anything in chat, just peev someone off on the forums.

Unfortunately account related issues can't be resolved through the forums.

However abusing the chat system muting system isn't something that's going to be taken kindly by staff members or go unpunished. ;)
