PVP - iron tabernacle

Where is the iron tabernacle so i can unlock a map in pvp????? I googled it - but no one knows.

    How do you get rid of this? Cannot sell, cannot discard. There is an Equip option but nothing happens.
    Is this a trick to take a permanent slot in inventory and force people to buy bags?
    English is not my first language.
