Unable to get questline for Adventurer's Pack, too high level

question regarding the quest line in Neverdeath that ends with Clockwork Guild Tomb, and an Adventureer's Pack. I didn't hear about this quest line until I was already in lvl 40's, and am now unable to get the quests that lead to this. Since this is one of the very rare in game chances to get a bag, and bags are so expensive using AD, would it be possible to change this so that it could be picked up later?

    You can still do the quests. They just do not show any icons above peoples heads. You will have to talk to everyone in the camp to get the quests.
