Problem adding initial map - please help

Let me first apologize if this has been answered somewhere else or if it belongs in another forum - but I've searched far and wide and haven't found a solution(or anyone experience this problem to begin with.)
When I try to create a new quest in Foundry, I type in the name and description of the quest, move on to the story tab to click +Map button - but nothing happens. No fancy popup with maps and no fancy tools to work with dialogues and such like the videos show.
I'm dying to create a quest series, but this is causing me immense frustration.
Does anybody know how to fix this - or am I doing something fundamentally wrong?
