DM Notes in foundry

Hopefully this hasn't been covered over and over again. I was wondering how we can make DM notes appear during our quests? I know I did a quest where his DM notes popped up as system notes. I just can't seem to find where.

Edit: Figured it out myself. He used "reach point text" quest objective.

    Still needs a sticky I see.
    There is a rumor floating around that I am working on a new foundry quest. It was started by me.

    I did skim that thread :) Unfortunately I rolled a one on patience and searching DM notes, DM text, etc wasn't bringing anything up ><
