Utility Slot: Glory Bonus broke.

As the title says, I have Slotted 4 ( Silvery Enchantment, Rank 5 ) which should give me a total of 20% Bonus Glory gain. Out of the 4 items slotted, only the helm adds the stats, the feet, arms, and neck DO NOT add the extra +15% bonus glory gain. PLEASE fix this.
