BUG: Damage Resistance Ignored does not work.

I go into detail here but basically "Damage Resistance Ignored" contribution from stats does not work. For rogues or for GWFs. I have not tested the other classes so I can't comment on them. For GWFs this is a problem since Con is a secondary stat and 1/2 of what it's supposed to do apparently doesn't even work.

Any dev insight would be appreciated.
