Astral Diamond collection via Gateway

Is still broken - the other rewards work just fine. You get your XP, your crafting XP and any silver you were supposed to, but no Rough Astral Diamonds.

I have heard people talking about how the system refines them for you, but that is not the case for me. I have confirmed via direct examination of the amounts of both refined and rough AD, and neither total changes when collecting the rewards via Gateway.

It works fine if you collect IG, but not through Gateway.

    I agree, I just tested this, and lost 1k AD yet again. This has been happening for a long while now, no fix in sight? Kinda makes an otherwise great Gateway useless :(

    I claimed several Leadership tasks which award Rough Astral Diamonds through Gateway on Galaxy S2 android default browser, and when logging in on PC my rough astral diamonds was still zero (0).

    Also, any plans to reimburse the losses? I think I must've claimed 5-10k worth of AD before I noticed this bug... others might've lost more.
