Crash but not a crash?

Hey everyone,
Is anyone else having a problem loading Protector's Enclave when first logging in? It is not a crash exactly as Windows Task Manager still lists Neverwinter as running and the hints and tips that appear on the loading screen are still cycling through. The yellow bar at the bottom fills up completely and then the screen just sits there. For the record, I can still access the Foundry and I can still choose my characters. After logging in but before you first spawn, it seems to hang.
Is it just me or is this a common problem?
Just tried it with a different character...it works but that character is not spawning in the Protector's Enclave. Is this zone too full to allow my character?
