Stats vs Dmg?

So im kind of wondering, is +Damage better than say around 200 arpen? mostly cause im comparing an iceshard dagger to an actual T2 Mainhand.

    Thanks for the info, but what exactly does that mean for a comparison between an Iceshard Dagger and any T2 mainhand?
