Foundry unlocked early

So I was playing the game, hit level 10 and noticed that the foundry button had unfaded. Awesome, I unlocked foundry. But as I played more yesterday I hit 15 and got the "you've unlocked foundry" notice. Not sure how or why it happened, just thought I'd let you know.
