AH and mailbox issues I have

I was trying to mail some gears to my lower toon, so I compose a new message, enter name@handle for the lower toon (same handle as the toon I am trying to send from), drag and drop items, then click send, then I find the mail arrive at the sender's mailbox, not the intended receiver. That seems to be a bug?

For AH, the level limit for search doesn't seem to work, I can add level limit, and the search will give me same result.
Also, before the exploit fix, I see that I can post up to 40 items for sale, but now the limit has been reduced to 12. What happened?

I think any mail you send to yourself shows up for all of your characters. So even though you're seeing it on the sender, log into the recipient and you should see your mail there as well.

I don't know about the in-game Auction House, but in the Gateway, the level limit seems to work just fine. A bit inconvenient, but it works.
