Every time I try to access anything to do with technical support I get an error message, this is very frustrating. I've emailed the technical support email and have yet to hear a response. I also can't view my ticket of the link that PW sent me back so I don't really know whats going on. I've googled and have seen a lot of people have this problem as well. Something you guys should really look into.
Also I don't know why my forum title says PWE user when I'm a founder, how do I change that?

#1 The Ticket/Support links have an infinite redirect loop. I've sent a message about it previously, but apparently it goes into the ether.
#2 To change to your Fouder group: Click "User CP" on the forum header, Scroll down to "Permission Groups" and pick the group on the right then click "Update Display Group".
