Enclave Quests

I have a quest which you need to enter a residence and do something. However, each time I enter a place then come back my quest disappears even off the quest log. After being logged out for a while, it will come back and I can continue the next segment.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I thought maybe it was related to using the same NPC bug, so I changed it quite a bit. So, each time I leave a residence I have to talk to a different npc. Still didn't fix it.

Anyone who is very brave, please help me understand what's going on.

The quest is there in the beginning, and then when you see my quest log later there is no foundry quests except for the daily one.
