i really hope your joking. Neverwinter posts the patch notes about 5-8 hours before the patch. most mmo's I know of don't post the patch notes until after the patch.
and they are hoping to bring it up tomorrow. depending on their test results. that's just speculation if it will be ready or not.

idk what crappy mmos you've been playing. but most post about future content. this one just makes broad statements we will be adding stuff sometime deal with it eff off

I hope you're joking, this company has some of the worst the communication I have ever seen, not to mention the copy/paste thanks for the feedback responses, rofl.

Although they do have perhaps the worst communication with their playerbase in general, that really doesn't extend to their patch notes which tend to be fairly in-line with what's expected for mmos.

That has been stated in the forums of every mmo I have ever played.

I dont know what MMO you play before, but most MMO i played done the same thing, and they still fix things if need to be fixed though
I would say the norm I have seen is patch notes posted just after maintenance starts so that players get to read them while the servers are down. Here they do tend to post them a bit earlier than that.
Only exception I have seen to that is when they have a public beta server for testing out stuff with live players before it hits live servers, then you have to take the beta server patch notes with a pinch of salt cos they are subject to change.
I wasn't denying they have bad communication. but I guess the forum has changed. about a week ago everybody was praising how fast the patch notes were being posted.
hey tomorrow we will be patching the game, we wont tell you what we're patching tomorrow..
i love this compared to companies who post patch notes weeks ahead of patch release.
i would really hate to know if i should respec my character now or if i should spend money on equipment...
Thanks PWE
I know right! I hate it when <current thing to complain about>. PWE needs to stop <current thing to complain about> otherwise all <positively associated group> will <standard threat>. I mean cmon, they are so <negative descriptor> and <negative descriptor>, I can't believe they are still in business. I'm so tired of it!
Did I do it right?

The patch notes haven't been finalized but they will be posted.
Please give the Developers some time to finalize the changes in this patch and determine which are important enough to highlight.

You'll find out in about thirteen to fourteen hours. Have patience.
