Can't transfer Zen to neverwinter

I bought 2000 zen and the transaction has gone thru. When I go to transfer it to neverwinter I can select the amount. but when I hit the transfer button it does not transfer. Is anyone else having the same problem and how do you fix it?

    that's really a support issue. It appears that you are doing things correctly. Review it again to be sure. But nobody here can help you if it's the case you are doing things correctly.

    If you are selecting Neverwinter as the game, Neverwinter again as whatever the middle pull down is (server?) and the amount to transfer (probably 2000 in your case) then you are doing it right, and it should be transferring. Every time I've done it, the results have been instantaneous.
    Right click, left click, left click, left click, tab, E, R, tab, right click, left click, left click, 2, tab, E, R and repeat. What am I?

    Is the character you are transfering to under level 10?

    there are 3 servers in neverwinter when we creating our character, but in the middle pull down (server) only "Neverwinter" is available. Will i still get the Zen transferred regardless to what server my character placed in?

    Yea, Zen is not server locked. Any zen added to NW is available on any and all servers.

    Im kinda having the same problem too..

    I just bought 500 ZEN and im trying to transfer it too.. so i select game > Neverwinter then select server > Neverwinter again? " theres not server names" > then amount 500..
    it keeps saying There was an error transferring your ZEN. Please try again.

    . . . . . There is only one Server, Neverwinter. The Shards are all on the same server, it's their multi-layered server technology. Zen is shared across all the Shards in Neverwinter, so just choose Neverwinter also as the Server and it will be available on any Shard you play.

    (Since this is still relevant, I won't consider this Necromancy)

    Ah, No I am a level 30. I have like forty of those **** feywild lockboxes. Has anyone got a like for support? I attempted to find it before coming here and well got fed up with looking for it.
