Hello.
I`m from Bulgaria and since few days playing at night time (around 19:00 (gmt +2) to 1:00) is impossible. No idea where the problem might be since my internet has no drops. A friend from another city has the same problem (he has another internet provider). Usualy this is the time I play most so would love to here some suggestions about how to fix this.

Is your ISP throttling your line speed back, happened to me in Australia when i was playing rift from 8:00pm onwards it was a slideshow. FIX i changed my isp.
