Duelist Flurry with 2 or more TR's in a party.

For over 3 weeks now only 1 TR per party will get the benefits of Bleed off the Duelist Flurry power. I made a quick video so you can actually see it in action. How can you let this bug slide so long? there are only 5 classes in the game and when you make one non-compatible in certain group compositions (2x TR or more), its a major thing. This is not a class balance fix, its a bugged ability that can affect up to 20-30% of your damage.
