rank 1 Prospector not upgrading (metalsmithing)

So, ive tried twice now to upgrade my 4 rank 1 propsectors into a rank 2 blacksmith. Each time, i only receive back 1 rank prospector. So, this is what has happened:

(4) Rank 1 Prospectors = (18 hours later) : 1 Rank 1 Prospector. WHAT IS GOING ON???? Someone help me please!

This has worked for me in the past, but please make sure you log a bug for it. Maybe something just broke.

Yup...have no issues with it here so far. Might wanna bug it and state whether you were using gateway or not.
