Bugged Event Rewards.

So I've been playing this game for a bout a week, but I've only noticed a few days ago that when I do dailies like PvP, Daily dungeon, Skirmish, ect. while the event is active, I do not receive the bonus astral diamonds. For example I am receiving 2,000 AD for completing the skirmish daily while the event is active, while all my friends who play get the bonus and receive 4,000 AD. Since I've noticed it, I'm sure I've lots out on at least 15-20k AD by now.
I'm here with around 35k AD while my friends all have 100k +

I'd like someone to look into this so I can start getting the amount of AD that I'm supposed to.

Has anyone else experienced this? And how much AD do you think you've lost because of it?

I've been in a party with OP and I've been getting the 4,000 AD while they get only 2,000 AD during the events.
It's been happening to other players (so I've read from All chat) since we started playing.

I noticed that during the double AD weekend I did not get as many AD as the person I was partnering, I thought maybe it was just due to dodgy timing on picking up the quest or something. I will have to pay closer attention to it from now on.

Just did the Skirmish quests today.
1 and 3 are mine, 2 and 4 are my friend's.







These were all taken at the same time, in the same party.

I've had a ticket put in a week ago and still no response, not even the automated messages everyone complains about.
