So, it seems they wre a bit heavy handed with the bans.

You know they use metrics to measure the bans, so if your account got flagged, its because u got soiled ads, maybe u thought u manage to clean them up by expending them.
Hope to see u again... not!
Oh, you must be right...
I mean, PWE never makes mistakes, or has bugs or loopholes, or problems with their metrics...
Just look at the current situation. It's not like anyone took advantage of mistake PWE made or anything, right?
The game as it is is perfectly balanced, no bugs or broken mechanics or anything, right?
PWE is infallible, right?
Keep the blinders on, kid...
I can see how that ties me to someone who exploited, and could be viewed with a broad reaching sweep as participating. However, if this is the method they are using to identify exploiter, they are going to end up with a LOT of "false positives".
If people feel the ban was in error they are free to contact support and they will review the case again. Mistakes are made and that is why you can appeal.
However this can't be solved on the forums and is thus not appropriate for forum discussion. Best of luck with the appeal.
