Linked spirit - it is 1-5% base of MY stats to the group, but says it gets better with every person healed. By how much? 1% more per person? or what?
Right now I am stuck between Power of Oppression, Linked Spirit and Restoration mastery.
I am not sure if a mob doing 5% less damage is = 5% more defense. It does seem to be noticeable when I use Power of Oppression even on low damaging mobs, and I think on high damaging mobs it will be VERY noticeable.
Theorycrafting here, I suspect a mob doing 5% less damage to a squishy is better than giving a squishy with low defense 5% more defense, or even 5% more of MY defense.
