Why can't I attack?

So...log in to the game, go to play, jump in a mob and lo and behold...I can't attack. All of my hotkeys are suddenly mapped to a controller...and I don't have a controller, I have a mouse and keyboard. So....I think, well, I'll just go change them. Guess what I can't do? That's right, i can't change them. I select left and right press, and nothing...q and e also get nothing.

So, I think, maybe it's left and right click...nope. I can now attack, but it get's stuck on that one action until I mash teh keyboard with my face. Q and E still don't work...

So what do I do? I've logged in and out, my other character is fine...it's just this one. Any ideas?

Log on the character that works and in the chat type (may need to press enter twice to use it due to autocompletion):

/bind_save

Then go to the character that doesn't work and in the chat type:

/bind_load

This will save the working keyconfiguration and then load it on the character where it's broken.
