What Gives @ 60? Only one Skirmish?

Hey Dev's,

Just curious as to the thinking behind this. There where so many great skirmish's along the way to 60. Why is there only one available to us at 60? Are there plans to add more, or at the very least allow access to the other ones? Sometimes I don't feel like doing a dungeon. But a quick little romp with 5 randoms is just perfect. Can we get some insight into this?

Thanks
Mance

I really wish they add the other skirmishes as level 60 versions, never did the Chasm one as i managed to outlevel it before i even went to the chasm.

I actually hope once Mentoring comes out then all the previous skirmishes will be available to do again. Assuming they'll be scaled to level, like I wish it should of been from the get go (much like fleet actions from STO).
Yes, I play a Great Weapon Fighter, and I tend to keep it that way ... till the Ranger or Monk comes in. :)

Have they given any ideas on when we can expect Mentoring. I was actually shocked it wasn't in initially as well. Seeing as how they created the idea of it in CoH.

I've not done skirmishes but can't you form a team with a low level player as leader then get into the skirmish available to that player?

Not that I'm aware of. In fact we've tried too before (Guild mates and I) It just gives them a message "Mance is too high level' or some such non-sense. And there is no 'Door' to enter per say, unlike the dungeons. You must Que to participate.

Like most of anything, its the vague "coming shortly" response. I suspect a bit after 'Launch', even after the server merges.

Thanks, I wasn't sure how the mechanics worked.

That "Open-Beta" really is a double edged sword isn't it :(

Not really if the developers were a bit more vocal about it.

I'm of the camp that feels; Dev's are lynched when they say too much, or burned at the stake if they remain silent.

But asking for insight, is not the same as asking for answers.
