Steam's Early Access

With a few PWE games under the Steam service, including most of Cryptic's game (besides CoX, RIP), I was wondering if Neverwinter would be part of the Early Access program that Steam released recently.
Yes, I play a Great Weapon Fighter, and I tend to keep it that way ... till the Ranger or Monk comes in. :)

Notice a trend with PWE games and them being on Steam?

When the game dies down to almost nothing left, they try and use Steam to boost their economy, and population. Does it work? Probably not. Most people I know on Steam look at games like Forsaken World, And Perfect World, and wonder why they were brought out on Steam in the first place.

I'd say no to the early access. But once the population in Neverwinter dies down, servers start merging, etc. They'll probably consider throwing the game on Steam.

In my personal opinion though, they should have done it to start with, considering steam has millions of players on at a time. I'm sure they could snatch a few thousand from Steam easily.

Point taken, usually its more of a desperation attempt, but with Early Access there might be more of a small boost of favorable beta testers ... or more unsavory pests.

BTW: Servers are merging regardless. Just a FYI. :)
