Issue with Royal Crypt Room Round

I have no idea if this is issue is specific to just my map or if this is a general bug, but when I use the Royal Crypt Room Round 01-03 it is impossible for me to place Lights around the circle in the middle. Whatever I place there as far as lighting is concerned does not add any light to the room except very randomly and there are certain specific spots that will light up small parts.
Is this issue just related to me? Is there any way to fix it? I've tried moving the lights up and down and altering just about every option possible to me. I also just jumped around for half a minute pasting lights all across the place with the resulting being that one of them gave any effect.
