GF Shield Defense bug

I didn't see this posted, but I'm sure it's a known issue. The GF's Shield defense talent is bugged. I have 3 ranks in it, but it's only giving me 1 and it shows the feat is maxed. Kind of annoying that I wasted the feat points on it. -_-
