Instance queue system needs changing

So here is my grumble, im a rogue I joined the cragmire crypts during delves I entered for the first time full group no cleric then they left, so I tried another.
Again I got a group but still no cleric, this time we decided to continue as we were short on delves 1 more left halfway through so we were down to 4 with no healer. Got to last boss was just short of killing him..
SOOOO why cant we just enter the queue system where we were or have the ability to add someone from the guild to are group. And what infuriates me more is if we just made the group as premade we could have done that why it makes no sense...
