Guildmaster unable to withdraw from guildbank

As the title states, I'm currently head of a guild and am unable to remove items from the guild bank. I can only deposit. The only work around that I've discovered is if I drop an item from my inventory onto an item from the guild bank, it will swap them. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It's really frustrating after spending so much AD
