No ID scroll drops in Skirmishes (and dungeons?)

ID scrolls for level 30+ items, seem to become increasingly rare again. They do not seem to drop in dungeons or skirmishes, e.g. Straight to the Helm. I won five or more unidentified items usable for my class, but zero ID scrolls from 1 or 2 Straight to the Helm runs. Please improve the drop rate of ID scrolls, so it matches up to unidentified items.
