Hello,
Account got hacked and I'm trying to get support. Before you rip me a new one I have no malware or virus it has been checked this was just a straight theft. I watch HAMSTER on my other computer. They had my user name and password easy hack probably from another PW MMO. I had several PW game accounts. Yes, I know should have changed my PW stupid me, but they kind of use the same login for all their games.
I have tried their support phone number for a couple hours today all they state is there support staff are busy and the just hang up on you. I have tried the support tab on the Main PW page and it will not work I usually get a Page display error. A few times it worked, but when I enter my log in information the page just hangs so I can't even enter a support ticket. I did enter a ticket in game but they refer you to their website.
Look I can just chalk it up to a lesson learned and uninstall and move on, but I kind of like the game.
Any suggestions? I mean support cannot be nonexistent can it?
