Clockwork Guild Tomb - No Bag in Collect Your Reward

First off let me say that I have leveled several characters through this quest. One in closed beta 3, one in closed beta 4, and now two others in open beta. This will be my fifth time completing the Neverdeath zone and quest. I have done nothing wrong, this is a fresh character that I have been playing for a couple of days. No one else has access to my account and I play entirely too much to not notice if the account had been compromised.

I complete the quest, slay the spider at the end, and when I go to "collect my reward" there is no bag showing as a reward. I have submitted an in game ticket, but there is no response as yet, even though the ticket claims there is a response. I also cannot access the support page to review my ticket from this website... Too many redirects error, which I have not had this issue with the support page here before...

I doubt I will finish the quest out, it just seems too risky and I highly doubt I would be given the bag in the case the quest does not reward me it. Just putting this here to make the powers that be aware that there is an issue with the quest and bag reward.

Edit: I don't know if it matters, but I was always level 29 before when doing this quest, right now this character is only level 28. Very close to 29, but still only 28.

The bag is now a reward from turning the quest in, which has effectively prevented me from completing the quest. i got the bag from the chest last night before the servers went down,and logged off as soon as i left. woke up this morning,and i couldnt turn in the quest because i already had the bag and it's counted as a unique item.

Thanks for letting me know, I will try to take it again. I did notice, that even after opening the chest, you can still abandon and retake the quest. So if you are willing to do that, perhaps you can finish it out. I am now on my third time repeating it, I will check the turn in at the end to see if the bag is there. Thanks for the heads up.

Edit: Yes you were correct, I did indeed get he bag in the reward. I do believe if you abandon and redo the quest you should be able to turn it in. Up to you if you want to risk deleting the bag in the process.
