Tailoring and fashion items

I want to be able to reuse tailoring-made clothing - cloth shirt, pants, boots, etcetera - for fashion items.
When in fashion slots, the items wouldnt add any combat stats. But they look decent as city clothes, can be dyed colors, and so on.
Maybe other items can be makable or fashionable too.
