My chat keeps turning into names

It's really really annoying. Anytime I type a word that starts to match the name of someone in guild, it changes that word into their name. As our guild grows, it just gets worse and worse.

We booted someone named Lolbliterate just so we could type "lol" again.

Please make it an option to turn that OFF!
