This is in need of a seriously quick fix. It's pretty much useless for any tier 2 dungeon because you'll get 4 rogues and a control wizard or 3 wizards and 2 gwf or some other useless combination of classes almost every time. The only way to get a group is to make one in chat or keep kicking people until you hit the lotto and get a cleric and gf. Please put this high on the list of things to get fixed because I'm tired of queueing up just to see fail group after fail group.
Wait... it's easier to be social in an MMO than wait in a queue? I'm actually happy about this
Some people would rather not spam chat 500 times trying to find a group while we sit in town. It's a feature that is broken and should be fixed. You being happy that others cannot find a group without wasting a considerable amount of time makes you seem like a sad little kid.

Let alone the fact that when someone dies once, they rage quit and you can't requeue to find replacements. You spend 30-50 minutes in queue, someone quits halfway through. Congrats, you wasted over an hour and you still don't get your daily dungeon done or anything like that.

Or making friends with the people you enjoy playing with, then gathering them all in a group of like minded people (Read: Guild) Could supply you with all of your grouping needs.
