item affix code is broken

the code which generates prefixes for random items is currently broken somewhere around the line referencing the "devotee's" prefix.
hp, regen, and deflection prefixes are not being generated.

    Yeah I noticed that from release. However, I think a few people have stayed quiet about it.
    I've heard that some players are using is for abuse ways on the game.
    So yeah, I just wanted to get that out there..
