Question about NPC Customization

Hello everyone, just a couple of questions here that I've been wondering about since I started playing with the Foundry.

First of all I have noticed that some premade NPCs seem to come with clothing that does not appear to be avaliable when I go through the different slot options. Am I missing something there, or is some gear just specific to certain NPCs? Also is there any way at all to recolour it or are you forced to just use the gear as it is if you wish to use a premade NPC?

Second question concerns facial hair and hair colour. I haven't found any option to add or change facial hair on my NPCs so I guess that option hasn't been added yet? I'm also struggling with getting the hair colour to match with the facial hair colour in general which makes me believe that there are a lot of colours missing right now? (For instance I can't find all the different shades of orange/red that I used for my character during character creation.)

Just to wrap it up if it turns out that everything above isn't possible to do anything with yet how do you guys compensate for the limited choices? I mean having everyone wearing peasant garbs/same shirt and same pants seems a bit bland to me.

Most of the NPCs in the list come with some kind of equipment or facial hair "baked" into the model. They are not available for us to use freely, at least not yet. If you want to use these things, you have to use these specific NPCs as your base model when customizing.

That's what I figured. I just had to make sure that there wasn't some sorta option that I was missing out on.
