Dungeon / Skirmish quests not accepted as complete

This happened to me doing Daily Skirmishes and Dungeons, as well as the actual dungeon quest.

I accept the dungeon/skirmish quest, then I proceed to complete the dungeons / skirmishes, but the quest log doesn't change when I complete them. In some casaes the quest log does upgrade but I can't turn it in. In other cases it shows something like 2/3 skirmishes complete (when in fact I completed 3 ) and I can still turn it in.

Just think of a possible combination and I guarantee you it happened to me.

Yup happening to me to. Accepted the daily dungeon quest. Went and did the dungeon. Completed it. Quest did not finish. Did the dungeon 3 times and still no.

Also tried a skirmish and our group couldnt do it so we all left party, got back to enclave and it said "Quest Complete" x 2, so my daily skirmish went from 0/4 to 2/4 for quitting the skirmish half way through.

I didn't see this before I posted more or less the same issue. Glad to see this isn't just me...

I am having the same problem. completed the daily skirmish quest and I cannot turn it in.
